Get found first. In search results and AI answers alike.

Search is changing. People increasingly get an answer from an AI assistant before they ever click a link, and the businesses named in that answer are the ones getting the call. We start by telling you where you stand today, then build the content, the structure, and the listings that earn you a place in both.

How people find you now

You can have a good website and still be invisible.

Customers search, an assistant answers, and your name never comes up. The rules of being found are shifting faster than most businesses can keep track of, and a site nobody is shown is the same as a site nobody built. Being findable is a separate job from being good, and it's the one that decides whether the phone rings.

Need the site itself sorted first? That part is already spec'd, priced, and ready to go.

Focus where it actually pays off.

We start with a conversation about how customers find you today, then build a monthly package around just those areas. Every client's mix looks a little different, and you only pay for the parts that matter to yours.

Foundation

Where you stand today

  • A straight read on what you turn up for now, and what you don't.
  • The searches your customers actually use, in their words rather than yours.
  • Who's getting the enquiries you're not, and what they're doing differently.

Groundwork

The technical side

  • Pages that load fast and read properly on any screen.
  • The structure search engines and AI assistants need to quote you correctly.
  • Fixed once, then watched, so it doesn't quietly break again later.

Content

Answers worth quoting

  • Pages that answer the questions customers are actually asking.
  • Written in plain English, not stuffed with keywords nobody reads.
  • Kept current, because a stale answer stops getting cited.

Local

Found in your own town

  • Your Google Business, Yelp, and local directory listings set up and looked after.
  • The same hours, number, and story wherever people find you.
  • Reviews watched across every site, so nothing sits unanswered.

AI answers

Named when an assistant answers

  • The facts about your business stated plainly, where assistants can read them.
  • Your name, service area, and offering consistent everywhere they look.
  • Checked against what the assistants actually say, not what we assume.

Insight

A monthly read on what's working

  • One report a month, in plain English, not a dashboard to decode.
  • Searches, clicks, calls, and listing activity, all in one view.
  • Measured against real enquiries, not vanity numbers.

How we'd approach it

What working with us actually looks like. How working with us works.

It starts with a short questionnaire about what isn't working. From there we put together a proposal and walk you through it on a call: what we'd focus on first, what it costs, and why. Once you approve it, we build the foundations, and the work keeps going after that. Each month you get a report on what moved, and we check in as often as suits you to agree what we focus on next.

  1. 01 You describe the problem in your own words. A short set of open questions about your business and where it currently falls short, rather than a checklist to select from. The questionnaire is deliberately open-ended. It asks how customers find you today, what you'd want to be found for, and what you've already tried, and leaves space to describe the issue in your own terms rather than ours. There is nothing to book and nothing to sign at this stage. Your responses form the basis of the proposal, so the more detail provided, the more accurately it reflects your situation.
  2. 02 We prepare a proposal and present it. Your answers become a written proposal covering scope, approach, and cost, which we then walk you through directly. The proposal is built entirely from what you provided in the questionnaire, not a standard template. We schedule a call to present it, explain the reasoning behind each recommendation, and answer any questions before you commit to anything. Nobody can guarantee a ranking, so what we bring is where you actually stand and what we'd do about it.
  3. 03 We build the foundations. Once the proposal is approved, we set up the pages, listings, and structured data that get you found. Everything after this stage builds on that base. Work follows the scope agreed in the proposal, with progress check-ins along the way instead of one big reveal at the end. Often we can work with the site you already have. What comes out of this stage is a working foundation: pages written, listings set up and verified, and structured data in place so search engines and AI assistants can read your business correctly.
  4. 04 Then it becomes an ongoing job. This isn't a one-off build. Each month you get a plain report on what moved, and we check in whenever suits you to decide what's next. Rankings and AI-answer visibility shift as competitors move and platforms change their rules, so staying found is ongoing work, not a project with an end date. Each month we send a report on what's changed: rankings, listing activity, and what's actually driving enquiries. From there, we check in at whatever pace works for you, not on a fixed schedule, to decide where to focus next. Effort goes toward whatever is actually working, not the same fixed plan every time.

Where this helps

These are the problems we're built to fix.

Most clients start in one of these six spots. Each one lines up with something we already build, so the fix is worked out before we ever talk.

Good work, quiet phone

You know you're better than the competitor who keeps getting the call. The difference is that they turn up in the results and you don't, and that part can be fixed.

Relying on word of mouth

Referrals carry you, but the people who search first never find you, so a whole slice of the market never knows you exist. Ranking for what you do reaches them.

Losing ground to AI answers

Customers get an answer from an assistant before they ever click, and your business isn't the one being named in it. Stating your facts where assistants can read them puts you back in the answer.

Only found by name

You come up when somebody types your business name and nowhere else, so you only get found by people who already know you. Being found for what you do reaches everyone else.

The listing says something else

Old hours, a dead number, or the wrong address sit on your Google listing, and it's the first thing people see. Set up properly and kept current, it stops costing you calls.

Burned by an SEO promise

Someone took a retainer and delivered a report full of numbers that never turned into enquiries. A straight read on where you actually stand, measured against real enquiries, replaces the guesswork.

Worth saying up front

We can't guarantee a ranking.

What we can do is work on the right areas every month, and show you real progress.
