One quote for the build, a separate one for hosting and support. Here's how both are priced.
How do you price the work?
In two pieces. The build covers design, development, and getting you live. We scope it up front and quote one number for the full project. Hosting and ongoing support is a separate contract with its own price, so you're never locked into paying for one to get the other. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices later.
What if the project runs over?
That's on us, not you. The price we quote is the price you pay, even if it takes more time than we planned for.
Is ongoing support included?
Not by default. Project pricing covers the build. If you want ongoing maintenance or support, that's a separate contract, and we lay out exactly what's included before you sign anything.
Do I need a support contract?
Yes. The build and the support contract are priced and scoped separately, so you can take one without the other.
What if the scope changes?
We'll flag it and quote it separately before doing any work. We won't just bill you for it and explain later.
