Approve it and the scope is locked, so there's no hourly billing, no change orders, and nothing extra at the end. The finished site is yours outright.
Hostingone flat rate, starting only at launch
A separate contract that starts once the site is live. It covers hosting, your domain and SSL, and the backups and updates behind them. It's the same amount every month, and nothing ties the site here if you ever want to move it.

How it goes
Three steps, no pressure.
Tell us what you want, approve the proposal, and we build it. Two rounds of revisions are included, so nothing launches until you're happy with it.
- 01 Tell us what you want. A few quick questions about the pages, features, and look you're after. A short questionnaire covers the pages you need, the features that matter, and the kind of look you're after, plus anything specific to your business. There's nothing to commit to yet — your answers just become the starting point for the proposal.
- 02 We create a proposal. We put together a tailored proposal: what we'd build, and what it costs. Your answers turn into a fixed-price proposal covering the pages, the features, and the one number it costs to build and host. We walk you through it before you approve anything, so nothing about the site turns into a surprise once work starts.
- 03 Two revisions, then launch. Two rounds of revisions are included, so you can fine-tune it before it goes live. Once you approve the proposal, we build the site and hand you two rounds of revisions to fine-tune it. When you're happy with it, it launches: hosted, connected, and ready from day one.

Do extra features cost extra?
No. Everything gets settled in the quote before we start, and that one number covers it all. No per-page fees, no surprise charges later. Want something new mid-build? We'll tell you what it changes first.
Can I update the site myself?
Not with a drag-and-drop editor, no. We can build in dynamic content on request though, like a menu that pulls from a shared sheet. Ask us what you're picturing.
Anything you won't build?
Anything needing a database: logins, live stock, checkout, real-time booking. Those are real needs, just not this package. We'll say so at the consultation instead of forcing a fragile fit.
Who provides photos and copy?
Photos and video are yours to provide, whatever you've got works. Copy's on us. We'll write it from your social media, your menu, or anything else that shows how you talk about the business.
How's hosting billed if I stop?
Monthly or annually, your choice, same flat rate. Switch whenever. If you leave, you take the site with you. No lock-in, since the code, content, and domain are already yours.
